Jack brings over 10 years’ plumbing industry experience, combining trade expertise with business leadership. He has worked across all plumbing sectors, excelling in major State Big Build projects. Jack oversees company growth, tendering, forecasting, and drives the business’s continued development.
Lou Falzon

SENIOR SUPERVISOR
With over 40 years of his vast knowledge and experience, Lou has been managing and foreseeing multibillion dollar projects across the Victorian state. He comes as an asset to DG Group to deliver the same value and expertise.
Matthew Barbaro

LEADING HAND / SUPERVISOR
A Senior plumbing supervisor at DG with over 13 years experience in commercial and industrial based projects. Matthew is highly skilled and works closely alongside Jack in managing large scale worksites and co-ordinating teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.
Karen Azzopardi

ACCOUNTS
Although a more newer member of the team, Karen handles the invoicing, payroll, and other daily tasks required from the admin team. Her role is also well supported by other senior members from our sister company DG Group Australia.
